Flow screed is a liquid, pumpable material that is self-levelling and up to ten times faster to install than manual methods. Traditional sand and cement is a “dry” mix laid by hand using a straight edge. While traditional screed is often cheaper for small repairs, liquid flow systems offer superior thermal conductivity for underfloor heating and a much flatter surface finish.
