Fast-Drying Liquid Flowing Screed Cement or Anhydrite Based
Pump-applied, free-flowing floor screeds.
Our fast-drying liquid-flowing screeds, whether cement-based or anhydrite binder-based, are a testament to convenience. Specially formulated with advanced additives from modern technology, their fluid consistency allows for pump application. This not only boosts productivity, enabling the coverage of large areas in a single working day, but also eliminates the need for traditional reinforcement or fibres. These screeds can be applied at thinner depths than conventional ones, making them the go-to choice for professionals installing underfloor heating systems.
Installation times
Thanks to its self-compacting design and fluid characteristics, our fast-drying liquid-flowing screeds are a game-changer in installation times. With a three-man team, you can lay up to 500m2 of cement-based screed or around 1000m2 per day for anhydrite screed. With a three-man team, you can lay up to 500m2 of cement-based screed or around 100m2 per day for anhydrite screed. This rapid installation capability allows for the use of fast-track tile adhesives. In non-heated floors, tiles can be applied after just five days using the correct adhesive once the screed has adequately hardened. Tiles can be applied to heated floors once the heating system has been fully commissioned (reference should be made to the O&M manual or product information supplied with the underfloor heating system).
