When installing screeds and concrete over the pipes, there is always a question of responsibility and risk of damage to the underfloor heating systems. To avoid doubt, we also offer the following.

Manifold assembly and installation.
Lay the underfloor heating pipes by clipping them down to the membrane over insulation (other methods are available) on request.
Filling and pressure testing of the UFH system.

All the installation products can be supplied and installed or installed only, except for the Micro polished screed, which, due to its complexities, is only available as a supply and install product.

Preparation Work

Our teams require the subfloor to be free from debris and other obstructions in readiness for our arrival on site. If agreed, edging strips, floor insulation, acoustic layers, or membranes are installed. Clear access is required at all times. We do not include building works such as drilling holes or knocking through walls; these works need to be completed before our arrival.
